Powerless...

Hello world!! ABoBB coming at you mobile from my couch!  We're without power at the moment so this will publish when the power returns to us!

I'm excited to have a few Fall and Christmas items out with more coming!  Is there anything youve got your eye on for the holiday season?

I've had the want to make some more adult things and some home type things.
Right now I'm working on a shawl and hopefully will start on either an afghan or some kitchen things for our new kitchen soon.  What other non-photo prop items would you like to see?

So it appears my auto correct doesn't work on blogger causing me to have to type much slower and thus my battery light is blinking.  So that is all for now, more to come later!

Christmas, Partners...& More

Hey Ya’ll!  Just a few things happening around ABoBB these past few days…

Second ~ I’m getting ready to launch a few Fall and Christmas items!  These will hopefully be posted tomorrow.  The two Fall products and one of the Christmas products I have ready are photo props ~ the other Christmas product could be used as a photo prop, but is more for home use… I’ll give you a hint ~ it’s for your favorite furry friend!

In other news… I’m working on a special project. It’s a Christmas gift so I can’t spill too many beans. I found this amazing crochet pattern online ~ yep, I found it on Pinterest and it was free.  However, when I went in to start working it, I noticed it was in a different language…with special characters… and I couldn’t copy and paste it into Google Translate.  Luckily, it came with a chart…sadly, I’ve never used a crochet pattern chart before.  So, I’ve been struggling with this new concept and have decided that I need to just type up the pattern and then try to make it.  The darn thing is over 100 rows long!  Yes, it’s taking me quite some time to get this puppy typed up!  Then I still have to make it!  I’ll post pictures once it’s started!

Lastly, and certainly not least!  ABoBB has partnered with a brand new page: Made with Love…Props & More.  This page is a group of small business owners selling their handmade with care and love products!  They are holding their Grand Opening Sale on July 23^rd at 7pm EST (see the flyer below).  At this sale, you’ll find Christmas, Fall and Winter products!!  So mark your calendars and get ready to get a head start on that end of the year shopping!

Welcome!

Welcome to all of our new fans!  A Bit of Baby Boutique now has a blog!  I’m a little new to blogging, so bear with me as I get used to this new adventure.  This is where we’ll post updates to our shop plus any ideas I’ve got floating around in my head.  To stay up to date with ABoBB, take a quick second to follow us!

Coming up this week:  Fall and Christmas items! I’ve got two new Fall/Halloween products (both RTS!) and two new Christmas products (also both RTS!) to list this week with more to come in the coming weeks!  I’ve also got plans for a potential Christmas in July sale (think July 25^th-ish), so keep your eyes peeled for announcements of that. 

Ideas for a new line:  Crochet for the Home.  I’ve been having the urge to crochet things for the home like dishcloths, table runners, blankets and other decorative pieces.  Do you have any ideas for special home items you’d like to see?  Leave a comment below to let me know!
